Who wants to be stressed all day? I bet no one would. Stress is one of the things that everyone wants to avoid, but in this fast changing environment no one can escape from its control. So, I think just to lessen the stress that we have in a day, we need to do something that can change our mood and would excite us at the end of the day. Stress can make you look years older than your exact age and it is harmful since it can lead to anxieties and depression.

Therapeutic gardening is one way to recover from a stressful day. It has been believed that therapeutic gardening relaxes our mind and body. Consider it as your pastime while letting go all the negativities that you had encountered the whole day.
